No! From the PSS, you can't change your trainer into a thing (in this case, a Pokemon center). You can only change it if it's another trainer or person you meet in game. For X and Y, you can change your icon to random trainers, gym leaders, and elite four people. In oras, they took out elite four members, and I'm not sure about gym leaders, but definitely random in game trainers.
For sure, that Pokemon centre icon was a hack!
