Can Egg Moves be relearned?

I'm currently in the process of breeding a perfect, Wish, Eevee with a "Decent***" nature. But my parent with Wish keeps forgetting Wish in ORAS can I relearn it? If so, where?

Yes, you can relearn forgotten Egg Moves. However, the parent Pokémon will still pass down EMs as long as you do not take it out of the Day Care. If I leave in my Wish Eevee, it will keep passing down Wish even if it reaches Lv. 100.
