How much does the nature of a pokemon affect its stats??

Natures work like this. A nature does 10% minus on one stat, and 10% plus on another.

10% isnt that great so I can relax on searching on the nature I wanted !!

10% IS a lot. lt can determine a Pokemon's stat from 240 to even 290.
