What is its use because in Fire red leaf green it was used for move tutor and in gen 3 onwards heart scale was used .
In this game there are mushrooms as well as heart scales .
What are their uses and where can I use them.

Also, whats the use of prism scale .

The only use of mushrooms is selling them to the hungry maid in a trailer on route 5 for a lot of money. And if you let feebas hold a prism scale and trade it, it evolves into Milotic.
