A TM restricted recommended moveset for a Ninetales?

Hi guys! I know this topic is already dealt with but my situation is a little more complicated than choosing any moveset for my Ninetales.

So my Ninetales I caught at level 57 so I had no real control over its moves, but its moves now are:

Calm mind
Double Team

It seems like TM moves are my only option :( So I was wondering if you guys could give me a recommended moveset with TM exclusive moves, although moves I already have you could tell me if it is a good Idea to keep or not, my Ninetales best stats are sp.defense and speed.

If you guys could maybe also recommend an item to give it to hold too I would be most grateful.
and anything you guys got to help would be great advice if you've had experience using Ninetales or anything, thanks!

(Its a shiny :3 it hasn't got the greatest IVs but I just finished EV training it and I really want to use it for it's spectacular shine)

Ninetales doesn't really get any useful level up moves, and most of Ninetales' best moves are TM moves, including it's only useful level up move (Flamethrower). You can easily look this up on it's moveset page.

Flamethrower, Solar Beam, Drought, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Substitute and Will o Wisp are all useful moves for Ninetales. You get coverage in one move and then 2 more slots for ghost coverage or weather if you choose to go Solar Beam. Even Calm Mind+Sub (Substitute) is good for a little setup. Ninetales learns all of these moves through TM.

With items, you don't have much variety. Life Orb is a common one, and so is Leftovers. You could use a Choiced set, but that would mean having weaker coverage and less move choices, so I wouldn't recommend that.

In conclusion:

EVs: 252 Sp. A / 252 Spd / 4 Sp. D
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball
- Calm Mind
- Substitute

Flamethrower is obvious STAB boosted by Calm Mind behind a Sub, with Leftovers to recover your lost HP. This way, you can at least get off one Calm Mind and then sweep with Flamethrower. Energy Ball over Solar Beam because Sub+Calm Mind is more important, and anyways, Energy Ball will be boosted by Calm Mind.
