There are many good Rapid Spinners in the OU metagame, such as Excadrill, Starmie, Forretress and Tentacruel, just to name a few. They all have their merits; Excadrill resists all three hazard setups and can eliminate many Spinblockers with Mold Breaker, Starmie has Natural Cure and Recover to heal against status and HP, Forretress can also set up hazards and is outright tanky, and Tentacruel can already eliminate Toxic Spikes and recover damage.
