Any tips for training Pokemon?

Question

I usually train up with an expierience share and the Pokemon League (In X and Omega Ruby), but I'm not sure if this is the most efficient way of training stat-wise. Any tips for me?

Blissey Bases!!
These are super secret bases which people have made for use for the rest of the Pokemon community.
These only work in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, but if you get the QR code of a 'blissey base' the leader of the base will have a team of 3 level 100 blisseys.
You will have to turn on the level release to make them level 100.
If you give your Pokemon a lucky egg and exp point O-power, you will see your levels rise extremely quickly!
Also, bring a fighting type or something that can beat the blisseys easliy so you don't always have to stall with toxic,
