Competitive use for heatmor, durant, dewgong, yanmega, mr.mime?

I really like these Pokemon and would like to use them but I have no idea if they have any sort of competitive potential at all.

Comments

They're all punching bags for the glorious (except Yanmega and maybe Durant).

Mr Mime has some viability is doubles (not too great though). About Dewgong and Heatmor however...

VGC Dewgong is a thing. Fake Out, Encore, Icy Wind, Perish Song and good bulk give it a tiny niche. Mr. Mime is also the only Pokémon with Fake Out, Helping Hand and Wide Guard.
