Is there any way to get dig and help?

None of my Pokemon in my team can learn dig except for my emoleon and my empoleon's moveset is full. My team: Empoleon, Ampharos,Skarmory,
Octillery,Starmie,Lapras. Empoleon's moveset: Surf , ice beam, waterfall , grass knot.None of the Pokemon that can learn dig by level up can fit my team and I need a way on how to get another tm.

What game is this? I'm assuming Diamond or Pearl? I advise that you get rid of one of your Grass weaknesses. You have three weaknesses and you can get a lot more diversity by getting a Pokemon that can learn Dig. It's all your choice as to what Pokemon you want, so it's your choice to see what Dig Pokemon you want.
