Lucario is one... I think. I feel like asking questions like this is necessary, like for example, what if this one person is so curious about Pokemon origins and he randomly stumbles upon the void of DB! :D?
Lucario is based on the Egyptian "God" of Funerals and the Dead. Ew.

Cofagrigus — Egyptian coffin
Lucario — Anubis
Sigilyph & Unown — hieroglyphics
Mega Heracross — scarab beetle
Arbok — cobra
Persian, Delcatty & Liepard — cats

That's all I can think of for now.
Ampharos is supposedly based off an Egyptian Pharoah.

I'll probably miss some of them, but I'll try to get as much as I can.

Riolu and Lucario might have been based on Anubis.
Volcarona has a connection to Ra, the Egyptian god of the sun.
>Yamask is based on an Egyptian Ba holding a death mask.

Weavile's design may have had some influence from Bastet or Sekhmet.
The rings on Umbreon's body look like Egyptian lunar markings.
Cofagrigus might have been based on "cursed" Egyptian tombs.
Sneasel's eye markings may be based on eye markings of Egyptian style eye markings.
>Heliolisk is a combination of ἥλιος helios (Ancient Greek for sun), basilisk, and possibly obelisk, an ancient Egyptian monument that represented a ray of sunlight piercing the clouds and hitting the ground at a ninety-degree angle.

Blaziken resembles Ra and Horus.
Pidgeot's eye markings resemble the Egyptian Sun and Sky gods, Ra and Horus.
>Archeops and Archeos may be a combination of Archaeopteryx and Cheops (an ancient Egyptian pharaoh).

>Regirock's in-game footprint resembles a scarab beetle, a real life insect that was considered sacred by ancient Egyptians, possibly alluding to Regirock's desert habitat. Scarab beetles also represent the rebirth of ancient Egypt.

>Arceus's stance and general form are similar to Egyptian bull and calf idols, particularly Apis.

As said in the comments above

-Shiny Hunter Luna

Not all of the Pokemon listed about have to do with Egyptian mythology, but they all have something to do with Egyptian stuff.
