I'd have to say... no. It is outclassed by other Psychic types, such as Alakazam, Reniculus, Espeon, Gardevoir, and Gothilele to name some of the more prominent.

I agree, there are WAY better psychics out there.

Musharna has good hp and defences so you might want to use it as backup and support. What's great is it can also learn a good variety of moves. The choice depends on you.....

I would say it CAN'T learn a good variety of moves, it's pretty much all Psychic moves, which is a shame because it has OK stats for in-game.
