When you use moves like leer or growl how much does it decrease and with spped moves most times when I use dragon dance it will outspeed the oppodent so thats means that the pokemons speed are close together

The difference between both?? For the first chart there is little more taken & given for every stage. Take +1.

• For Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense and Speed = 150% Boost
• For Accuracy and Evasion = 133% Boost

To add to this, Accuracy/Evasion is slightly different, it goes x1.33, x1.66, x2.0, x2.33, x2.66, x3.0.
