Where can I find a lucario in Pokemon pearl?

im on Pokemon pearl (stuck on finding the way to snowpoint ice puzzle) I heard finding a legit lucario is the hardest Pokemon to find in Pokemon pearl, HOW DO I GET IT?

To get a Lucario in Pearl, you need to hatch the egg that Riley gives you on Iron Island. Once you've hatched it, raise the hatched Riolu's friendship to max and level it up during the daytime. It should evolve into Lucario.
