Can the pansear/pansage/panpour you get in the dreamyard be shiny?

I haven't seen any sources say that they can't, but I'm not so sure.

Yes, it can be shiny. The only shiny locked Pokemon in black and white is Reshiram, Zekrom, and Victini. All other Pokemon can be shiny.
