They should be lvl. 55 each at least ghetsis' hydregion is the biggest threat

Get kookodile to lv 45 and the rest to 40 .
For beating the elite four thats more than enough.
After beating them you can go ahead to abundant shrine and the previously inaccessible areas and get to fight loades of high level pokemon .
