Where can I find a Move Tutor that teaches Iron Tail in Moon?

I want to teach my Meowth Iron Tail to cover it's weakness to Fairy Types, but it can only learn it from a move tutor, and I have no idea where to find one that teaches it. Any help?

You must have misread something - according to Serebii, only Regular Meowth can learn Iron Tail as an egg move.

There are no Move Tutors in Sun/Moon outside of Draco Meteor, Dragon Ascent, and Blast Burn/Hydro Cannon/Frenzy Plant. So, your Meowth cannot be taught Iron Tail in Sun and Moon :(
