Can someone tell me what the moves ice burn and freeze shock do?

Ice Burn-Works similar to Sky Attack, Charge first, then Attack and it has a 30% chance of Burning the opponent

Freeze Shock-Same thing as Ice Burn, but it has a 30% chance of Paralyzing the opponent
