Go directly down from mt. chimney ( its open now ) And you will be at lavaridge town where you can fight the 4th gym leader who uses fire type pokemon.
Go too Lavaridge town which is below Mt.Chimney by taking a downhill pathway. At Lavaridge town there will be a gym.
Just a tip the Lavaridge gym leader uses fire types.
