I put tepig in dream world and it hasnt changed its ability it is still blaze why hasn't it changed?
Putting your own Pokemon to sleep does not give it the Dream World ability. The DW abilities only come from the Pokemon you befriend on the Island of Dreams.
Unfortunately that means there isn't a way to get Emboar with Reckless at the moment.
