My DW Tangela (female) with Regenerator and Seed Bomb with
some male being with Amnesia
to get
Tangela with Regenerator, Seed Bomb and Amnesia

Kind of, there is only a 40% chance that your DW ability will be passed down, so it should be possible, but it might take several tries.

The problem is, Seed Bomb may be learned by Tangela only in DW and IV gen...

Also, this only works if you are using another pokemon thats not ditto.

You should be able to do it, it just might take a while.

Possibly you might have to try a couple times to get those moves it usually turns out that way but on sometimes it doesnt
