Well, there's an item (I can't remember his name) which makes the 2-turn attacks like sky attack 1-turn only once. Will this item work with the move focus punch?

No. Power Herb doesn't affect Focus Punch because it uses only one turn. It affects SolarBeam, Skull Bash, Sky Attack, Razor Wind, Fly, Dig, Dive, Bounce and Shadow Force.
