Does Ash's pikachu get better stats then a normal pikachu?

Yes. Ash's Pikachu will have higher stats than an average wild Pikachu.

The OT of the Pikachu is assumed to be 07150 (Ash). If you do get this Pikachu, do not trade it to other games, as it will reset the stats.
