Good moves under consideration: Ancientpower, Psychic, Water Pulse, Flamethrower, Wish, and Thunder Wave
I would go with AncientPower, it has an increased chance of raising all of your stats by one, which is convennient. If you don't go with this, use Thunder Wave for the usual Para- Flinch set. Hope this helps...
