Where to get a Light Ball in Pokemon Black and White?

There is 1% chance a wild Pikachu is holding one in Black/White, or 5% in generation 3-4. He is only available in Dream World I believe.

You might be right but I am starting to hear that the only way to get a light ball is to put your pikachu in the dream world
