To breed a Munchlax from a Snorlax,first you must give the Snorlax the Full Incense item

It does the same thing with a Chansey! I Wanted a happiny but it gave me chansey!! Any help with that?

LOL, that's hilarious! I never tried it, so I just thought that you couldn't breed a Snorlax unless you gave it the incense... Guess I was wrong XD
