Why is Sky drop banned?

Because there is a bug where, when you use sky drop in a double battle and any pokemon in the field uses gravity while both pokemon are in the air, the pokemon that has been taken into the air is not able to attack or do anything until the pokemon which sky dropped you switches out or gets taken out
