why won't the dream world load?

i go on the dream world i press the bridge button then the loading thing appears and it just never loads why??

maybe because you have to bring a pokemon you found in the tree of dreams back .
once you take it back you are able to go anywhere ( isle of dreams)
how to get there in the top corner of your screen is the off switch click that
then choose stop and wake up pokemon . then go to entralink and north of where you are you will find that pokemon
