Eevee evolution event

according to serebii.net the eevee evolvation events are from 19 may to 19 july.

so how can we befriend one of these in pokemon funzone and where?!

Unfortunately the game to get the Eevee is no longer available. It was on the pokemon.com site around April time.

From 19 May to 19 July are the dates that you can actually download the Eevee-lution, but you must have already played the game. If you missed it you're outta luck, sorry.
