Well, it depends on your battle style. The torterra I had the first time I beat platinum had wood hammer because he had high defense and therefore got less recoil. The one I have now has razor leaf, and often gets critical hits. I would choose wood hammer becuase of over double the power, the recoil does not weaken it much so it is still stronger plus it has slightly better accuracy. But if you don't like recoil moves, razor leaf would be better for you.
