Can you catch Zekrom without the use of a master ball in white?

A. Yes, he was ridiculously easy for me to catch, I caught him first try with a Great Ball.

B. You find him in N's Castle shortly after you defeat the Elite Four.

I caught him with a regular pokeball.

My sister caught Reshiram with a great ball... I accidently used my master ball on a pokemon that was easy to catch....

I caught Reshiram in a Quick Ball on the first turn. It's fun to use those :)
