i use action replay.i used 2 maxed out ev on my pokemon but i still can't battle in wi-fi random match-up!why?

what is the problem with 2 maxed out ev's?

well, pokemon that have been messed with courtesy of ar arent recognized by the game and are no longer able to be used in wifi so it can be used for fun but not competitively
