Is there a trainer, other than the protagonist, in pokemon black & White that has pokemon lv 80+?

Any trainer with really strong pokemon(80-100) that can battle you ingame in pokemon black?

I know, I've been wondering the same thing... the strongest is only the Elite Four Champion/Morimoto. And their strongest is only Lv. 77, ugh.

No like vanilts said Cynthia, the Champion, and Morimoto have the highest level pokemon at 77 for their Garchomp, Volcarona, and Zebstrika respectively. In HG SS Red had pokemon in their 80s but that is it. Hope I helped :)
