Question

Okay so skarmory is the ultimate phaser right? In a double battle You can have skarmory set up spikes AND stealth rock with a Pokemon that can use dragon tail. Well while skarmory is using whirlwind every time it misses dragon tail is there to back it up. Its like double phasing!

EVs: 128 HP / 44 Def / 192 SDef / 144 Spd

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

• Roost

• Whirlwind

• Spikes

• Stealth rock

Trait: Overgrow

EVs: 84 HP / 108 Atk / 60 Def / 64 SDef / 192 Spd

Impish Nature

• Dragon Tail

• Leaf Blade

• Coil

• Light Screen
