when you have a pokemon with flame body in your party and 2 eggs and you put 1 in the first slot and the flame body pokemon in 2nd and the other egg in the 3rd slot do both eggs get their hatch time cut in half.

Actually, Yes.

But you could just put the flame body pokemon in the front, and Your Whole Party would go Twice as fast.

It isn't the Pokemon Being next to the egg, its the pokemon being in the Party

Well, that's odd, because I was trying to hatch 5 Eevee's at a time, and 1 took a lot longer than the others.
