hurricane , thunder and blizzard this question is related to my former question about weather boosted moves .

so anyway im looking for the best rain team sweeper or tank that can learn those 3 moves and maybe rain dance too :)

Dragonite. But Blizzard does not increase in accuracy in Rain.

Surf would make a nice replacement for that though, since it gets powered in the rain.

Not the best tank pokemon though. Go with what trachy said if you can't get one or don't want one.
