the oppenont throws out a Traunt entrainment durant I switch to trace gardevoir would this block entrainment and make Gardevoir ability go back to trace upon switching? Would this be great with hp(fire)?

This would be bad & wouldn't work.

It would block entertainment against that gardevoir for the time gardevoir is in battle. If gardevoir switches out & back in, gardevoir will trace & the cycle will start over again until durant is defeated. If you have a trace gardevoir, gardevoir will just have truant when gardevoir's trace activates & traces truant.
