I believe we use the Pokemon Online Tier list which is this:

Note, we also have banned Shedinja and Wobuffet.

Jirachi is also uber by our standards if I'm not mistaken.

And Politoed, Chandelure, Garchomp, and Manphy are not Uber. We also have different LC bans. But our bans can be found on this site.
