When I was trying to catch heatran in e.g.'diamond', I noticed that it had a gender. Usually legendary pokemon have no gender. Also it is allowed in the battle-tower. Legendary pokemon are not allowed in the battle tower. Is it legendary?
Yes heatran is a legendary. The lati twins also have genders. Also cresselia and tornadus, thunderus, and landorus also have Genders according to bulbapedia.
