Question

This would be great in a double battle with a Contrary/Skill swap partner. Can someone actually have contrary and skill swap? if not, then can the OH, LS, and DM user have Role Play?

Smeargle is sadly the only pokemon who can learn all 3 of those moves, but here's the set with Role Play and everything.

Unfortunately, I don't think Smeargle's Attack or Special Attack are that good. If they were, though, Smeargle could become a seriously useful pokemon to use in battle or on the field.
