Nearly every metagross in existence uses the moves Earthquake and meteor mash, and for good reason, they cover a wide range of types. As for the other 2 attacks, I would suggest these 2 if you want " a fast one.":

Earthquake-Powerful, covers fire weakness

Meteor Mash-STAB, powerful move, okay accuracy

Agility-gain speed boosts once after a while in the battle when your opponents pokemon have been weakened, a well played metagross will usually have more health at this point, leading for sweeping since your metagross is fast, it should be able to outspeed most with a boost from agility, the only thing to watch for then is trick room.

your last attack varies from what your team needs. Many people will add explosion as a last resort for when metagross' health is low, many can see this coming and usually switch in with a ghost type.
Use a move that will compliment your team, covering any types that metagross can't hit with the previous moves mentioned.

It won't be voted down. I would however suggest getting in Zen Headbutt for STAB and to complement Metagross's attack. You could also replace Agility with Grass Knot to deal with Ground types which are also usually very heavy.

Maybe since this metagross wouldnt be very good against dark types, Hammer Arm or shadw ball. But then again since you want fast, agility would work along with a move that slows your opponet alot, tough I don't think metagross can learn any. Toxic might be a good choice too.

Overall, this is the strategy id use. Start with agility or toxic, whichever one you want, since Metagross has good defenses to survive a hit while he poisons or speeds up alot. Then, use the move hes best with, Meteor mash is strongest, but not very accurate. Maybe earthquake next, to weaken the opponet alot. Then, finish the opponet off with either psychic or meteor mash, since they might be a little stronger with STAB than earthquake. But if your sure it will work, earthquake is an option for a finisher, too.

Nevermeltice Held Item: Powers up Ice Punch and helps against Fire weakness.

Meteor Mash: STAB,good power, decent accuracy and a chance to raise attack.
Earthquake: Good power, good accuracy, Deals with Fire weakness.
Ice Punch: Almost as strong as Earthquake due to Nevermeltice, deals with Ground weakness and type coverage.
Zen Headbutt:STAB, decent power, good accuracy and chance to make the foe flinch.

Alternatives:
Agility is also a good choice is you want to get Metagross fast.
Or tach Hammer Arm to a Brave Natured one to use in a Trick Room team.
