Is there something wrong with my game

I am supposed to be able to battle Morimoto, Cheren, and in spring Cynthia everyday BUT I battled Cynthia yesterday but she wouldn't battle me again today. I battled the first two on Thursday but I couldn't today. I haven't changed the DSi clock in months and I have never and will never use any hacking devices. So why cant I battle them?

It's not a glitch. Every 2 days you can battle spring cynthia, like if I battle her on a Monday, she will battle me on Wednesday but not tuesday.
