What is a good moveset for Furret?

Mine holds a Razor Claw to make Cut more powerful. It knows:

Cut: This is the only Pokemon that I have that knows Cut. I am not getting rid of this move. It has saved me too many times.

Amnesia: Greatly increases Sp. Def.

Sucker Punch: Attacks first, good power, high accuracy.

Charm: Greatly lowers the foes Attack.

A mediocre Base 50 Power HM move has saved you? On MANY occasions? You must have one damn good Furret, hahaha.

I suppose if you really like an attack on it, I won't recommend a change. cough RETURN OR SLAM. *cough

Amnesia isn't necessary, but if you want to keep it, it won't be a bad thing. If you are looking to changing it, I would replace it with a coverage against Rock-types, like Dig, Brick Break, or Iron Tail.

Sucker Punch is a great idea on a Pokemon on Furret. Although in-game, it can take a bit of prediction, due to the random attack choices from typical trainers and their stupid AI. Still, it gives priority and coverage against Ghosts, so kudos!

Finally, Charm is a great idea on Furret. A sharp Attack reduction is extremely useful on these typical Field-bound Normal-types.

All in all, this is a pretty awesome moveset for Furret. It gives a combination of power and protection, which should be the strategy on every Normal-type Pokemon.

I'll replace Amnesia with Brick Break (I love this move.) My Furret is powerful, it beat the Elite 4 and Red without being defeated. Cut is such a powerful move on this little guy. For Sucker Punch, I only have it to fight my friends (AI, using Poison Gas after my Pokemon is already poisoned.)

Frisk your foe and see their item, that way you don't Trick yourself a Choice Specs or something when you trick your Band onto the foe. However, Furret also seems to be using an offensive EV spread, doesn't it? That is because if the item isn't to your liking, you go on the offensive. Cut/Return provides STAB. Cut is just there for me, because as my below story shows, I have fond memories. Return is for you other people. Sucker Punch provides priority, and Brick Break coverage.
