How do I obtain the HM 'Strength' in Diamond?

Im trying to get to lake acuity but first I need to get through Mount coronet and Im blocked by a satone which I need to shift, but I dont know how to get strenght. Please help!

Best answer

Go to Solcean town. Then, go south there you will find a tower at the top floor of the tower is there are two old ladys, the one on the left will give you the HM strength.
