Aqua jet - STAB, great priority move
Earthquake - one of the best moves in the game :)
Dragon Tail - Great move for such a defensive Pokemon.
Toxic - Good and reliable status move.

I use this set on the Blastoise on my rain team and he kicks ass.

this set is for b/w and is great but does rely a little on special attack but could be physical attacker but lets get to the moves

item/ leftovers ability torrent which means water moves boost 50% when the Pokemons at red or low yellow hp

252hp 102sp.atk 75def 75sp.def 4spd

scald, hydro pump -scald can burn its STAB 80 base power its a special move as well as HYDRO PUMP is 120 base power which is just op and very good offensivly overall I reccomend scald cause it can burn

rapid spin-get rid of stealth rocks spikes toxic spikes sadly only 20 base power not very strong

HP (hidden power), ice beam-i would recomend grass or fighting other than that this set is a little offensive ice beam to take on dragons or to take on grass types

toxic-AMAZING move poisens and builds up more and more damage each turn and I said this is an offensive set

this Pokemon have cannons on its back is ready to shoot anything at anything and isn't afraid to do it! blastiose is notable of it's defenses so it can fire from behind a wall and has move that can still be used in a drawn out battle so my moveset would be

• hydro pump/surf(STAB)
• flash cannon(lowers sp.def to ensure attacks hit harder)
• icy wind(deals with grass and lowers speed. perfect for drawn out battles)
• aqua ring(ensures you stay in battle to blast your opponent(pun intended blast, blastiose? lol:)
