Rage Valley (Slowking) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Slack Off
- Toxic
- Scald
- Psychic

This set uses Slowking's 95 HP/110 SpD and ability Regenerator to enable it to be a specially defensive wall/pivot. Scald (chance to burn to cripple physical wallbreakers) and Toxic (puts opposing Pokemon on a timer) prevents Pokemon from switching in for free, and Regenerator lets Slowking pivot out while healing itself.

Trick Room Sweeper

Slowking @ Leftovers / Shell Bell
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 126 HP / 126 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Water Pulse / Scald
- Psychic
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast / Ice Beam
- Trick Room

Some training on HP and Defense won't harm you at all, because while Slowbro has a higher Defense (110) base stat than Special Defense (80), these stats are swapped on Slowking (80 Def, 110 Sp. Def). Using Water Pulse's confusion or Scald's burning, it's up you (maybe Scald looks more tempting with the higher power and a chance to burn and thaw out from freezing, but don't underestimate Water Pulse and confusion). Flamethrower/Fire Blast helps you deal with Grass (and also Bug), but Ice Beam makes you capable to fight with dragons, too. Psychic is what it is, and Trick Room makes you an almost unstoppable sweeper if it's used in the first round.

Assault Vest Slowking

Slowking @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast

Psyshock or Psychic are STAB. Psyshock hits special walls hard on their physical defence stat whereas Psychic is the overall stronger move. Both hit Fighting and Poison types.
Scald is the other STAB and has a very useful chance to burn. Hits Fire, Ground and Rock types.
Ice Beam takes care of Grass, Dragon and Flying types.
Fire Blast is used for dealing with Steel, Ice and Bug types. Grass Knot can be used to hit Water types.

Very basic set for this guy

Slowking @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Surf
- Shadow Ball / Ice Beam

Nasty Plot: His special defense is already good enough and nasty plot increases special attack more than calm mind
Psychic: Great move with 100% accuracy, STAB
Surf: Another great move with 100% accuracy, STAB
Shadow Ball/ Ice Beam: Your choice of coverage, shadow ball covers other psychics and ghost weakness. Ice beam covers grass, ground, flying, and dragon types.

I love my Slowking moveset, it's really competitive in online battles.

Slowking (F) @ Normalium Z / Sitrus Berry
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Trick Room
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Tail
- Zen Headbutt

  • Trick Room (Really good on Slowking, and works well with a slow team as well)
  • Belly Drum (The reason I made it a Physical Attacker, and work well with Normalium Z or sitrus berry)
  • Aqua Tail (High power physical STAB)
  • Zen Headbutt (Physical STAB)

Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Scald
- Ice Beam

Your standard Slowking set. Use Trick Room, then proceed to sweep without the other moves.

Why everyone was using a Trick Room Slowking? I don't understand...
Seems I realized a fantastic moveset for it. Lets see...
Slowking @ Lagging Tail
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 244 HP / 12 SpA / 252 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Yawn
- Trick
Well, this set was for all those special sweepers which was common, also for the Pokemon ubers. You might ask: What? Ubers? But Yes, ubers. This set was actually super nice, it could check Cinderace seems it could resist Cinderace's stab move and tricking Lagging Tail too Cinderace, and also use Yawn for stoping cinderace from dynamaxing, same as Zacian, tricking a lagging tail was a good choice.
Scald also cripples Psychical Pokemon seems it might burn opponent and Psyshock in case when you met Eviolite Chansey and Blissy.
The Evs spread makes it a strong wall even it was in front of the special Pokemon.
Hope everyone likes the set!

untrickable items like rusted sword on zacian?
at least make opponent move last was much better isn’t it?
the reason why everyone uses Trick room slowking is because it is bulky, slow, and of course has access to the move

Gen 7 NU

Slowking @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 212 HP / 252 SpA / 44 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Future Sight
- Fire Blast / Dragon Tail
- Slack Off

Similar to AV Slowking, but I changed the item to Leftovers and added Slack Off. Scald is STAB that has a 30% chance to burn opposing Pokemon. Future Sight is STAB and can put pressure on opposing teams. Fire Blast is coverage against steel types such as Steelix trying to switch in to take a Future Sight. Dragon Tail can be used instead to force out Pokemon trying to take a Future Sight. Slack Off is for healing.

Gen 9, Tera Raid setup attacker

Slowking @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Modest Nature
- Amnesia
- Nasty Plot
- Stored Power
- Slack Off

Standard setup attacker for Tera Raids vs special attack raid bosses. This is the SpD equivalent to Iron Defense Slowbro.

First, do Amnesia 1-3 times. Then, do Nasty Plot 1-3 times. Finally, do Stored Power until victory. If the raid boss clears all your stat increases, then restart the self-buffing process.

Use Slack Off whenever you need healing but your allies don't. This will avoid wasting a "Heal Up!" cheer.
