What is a good moveset for Granbull?

Mine knows:

Crunch: Good power, high accuracy, decent chance to lower Def.

Strength: Good power, high accuracy, STAB.

Toxic: Inflicts toxic poison.

Tail Whip: Lowers defense.

Granbull (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Quick Feet
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Facade
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
What's the tier. It should be in the ul tier. Ul stands for useless.
He's actually a decent Poke in NU.
Yeah, but in ou.

Should I have Payback or Crunch? I don't want two Dark type attacks. I'm really glad I have a ton of Earthquake TMs, otherwise I would be in trouble. Also, should I keep Strength or should I get in another move instead?
Get rid of crunch for strength.

GRANBULL (impish evs 252 def 252 hp 4 spdef)

TRAIT = intimidate (items=leftovers)

TAUNT=cripples skamory which is AWEOSME and walls + supporters

BULK UP = boosts it DEF which makes it a better wall plus boosts it atk

RETURN=attacking move

TWAVE=Cripples walls and sweepers + supporters

Generation VI

Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
Role: Physical Sweeper
EVs: 252 Attack/ 252 HP/ 4 Def

Play Rough: STAB, main power source.

Bulldoze: Deals with it's only two weaknesses of Steel and Poison. Lowers opponents speed as well to make up difference of Granbull's Speed.

Payback: Benefits from Granbull's low speed.

Outrage: Because why not? Kinda weird that this knows Outrage.

great set, was going to post something just like it: would probably only swap payback for crunch, as bulldoze would be slowing them down either way, otherwise earthquake would fit in nicely. +1 (because i can't vote :P )

Gen VI
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack/ 252 Speed/4 HP

Play Rough: STAB, good move in general.

Close Combat: Hits Hard and good coverage sense Fighting is super effective a decent amount of types including steel, one of its weaknesses.

Earthquake: Ground type moves are super effective against both of its weaknesses Steel and Poison and its a great move.

Crunch: For Coverage

So this set is easily walled by Flying Types so you could replace Crunch for Rock Slide/Stone Edge/Wild Charge to hopefully shutdown said Flying Type.

Granbull @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Atk

- Play Rough
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake
- Roar

There are many different sets you can pull off effectively with Granbull, but this one has worked for me. It doesn't feel right not teaching moves such as Outrage & Close Combat when they're available. It's tempting to use a Flame Orb, Quick Feet & Jolly set including all it's hard hitting moves but I feel like other Fairy types like Azumarill & Mawile do a better job.

This set is designed to take hits but also get rid of threats that set up, there's been countless times where I can switch into Dragonite or Gyarados for example and Roar them out after I take a weakened hit because of Intimidate.

Play Rough
Standard main STAB move.

Bulk Up
Raises Defense and already awesome Attack to turn it into a tank

Good coverage and also takes care of Posion + Steel weaknesses

Move aside threats and their status boosts, effective with hazards up. Also get rid of walls and it's unexpected
