Mew-The ancestor Pokemon that is believed (and probably is) created all Pokemon.

Arceus created the Pokemon universe.

I wonder what Pokemon actually made all Pokemon and such.......

Mew did. If Mew is the ancestor of all Pokemon, Arceus must have descended from it. Arceus then shaped the universe.

Well...actually Satoshi Tajiri did. He created it all. Pokemon.

Arceus came first. However, Mew is the anscestor of all but non-legendaries for sure, and possibly some legendaries.

I guess Mew was the creator because Arceus' Pokedex goes like this....

It is said to have emerged from an egg in a place where there was nothing, then shaped the world.
