I've put them (with ditto) in the day-care then walked a lot and it says they have genders but they never made an egg
No, Heatran and Cresselia cannot breed even though they have genders. Same goes with Lati@s and any other legendary pokemon with genders. The only legendary that can breed is Manaphy.
