my magnezone knows magnet rise as well as (thunder because of rain team)(flash cannon)(tri attack)
is magnet rise worth haveing to cover groung orr is it a waste of a spot
any suggestions wether to keep or what to change for

Well, Magnezone doesn't have too good of a speed, so its best not to have Magnet Rise on it. Maybe have Hidden Power [Water] because of the rain and coverage against Ground types. Magnezone will probably be OHKOed before it has a chance.
However, if your Magnezone has good speed, then go for Magnet Rise.
