How do you get a stage 2 pokemon, like Empoleon, to learn an egg move?

Empoleon-have a female Empoleon breed with a male Tympole that knows Aqua Ring. Tympole learns it at level 20.

Emolga-Get a female Emolga and a male Dunsparce that knows Roost. Dunsparce learns it at level 33.

Hydreigon- get a female Hydreigon and Breed with male Gyrados/Arbok with Dark Pulse.
